Yes there is – consult our
staff when checking in for call rates.
Is there
an internet connection in every room?
Guests with laptop computers may
hook up to our ADSL network via internet
sockets in each room.
Do the rooms
have balconies or terraces?
Some do yes, subject to availability.
Booking
What’s
the child policy?
One child under 6 can stay free in
the parents’ room. If you have more
than one child, or children 6 or above,
additional bed supplements will be added.

What’s
the cancellation policy?
Bookings may be modified or cancelled
up to 24 hours before you’re expected
to arrive free of charge. After this cut-off
point there’s a charge of the first
night of your booking.
Are bookings
secure?
Yes – your card details are
protected by Secure Socket Layering 128
BIT Encryption. In plain English, that’s
the same level of protection as with online
banking.
How can you
offer instant confirmation?
Our online booking office operates
in real time, meaning that when a booking
is made the room becomes unavailable in
the system. If no rooms are available, you
won’t be able to book. |
